Cancellation Policy

All appointments require a non-refundable deposit (deposit amounts are posted with services in booking) to book. This secures your time and goes toward your total service cost. Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance. Any same-day cancellations will result in a forfeited deposit, and you’ll need to book a new appointment with a new deposit. No-shows will be charged 100% of the service total and must pay the fee in full before booking again. Frequent no-shows may be restricted from booking future appointments.
