📌 Booking & Deposits • All appointments require a non-refundable deposit (amount posted with each service). • Your deposit secures your appointment time and is applied toward your service total. • Appointments are not confirmed until the deposit is paid. Unpaid appointments are automatically released. ⸻ 📌 Cancellations & Rescheduling • Cancellations or reschedules must be made 48 hours in advance. • Same-day cancellations automatically forfeit the deposit and 100% of the service price is charged, and a new deposit will be required to rebook. • If you cancel within 48 hours, deposit transfers are at the artist’s discretion and only to a newly scheduled appointment, not to a future TBD date. • Repeated last-minute cancellations may result in restricted booking privileges. ⸻ 📌 Late Arrival Policy • Please arrive on time to ensure you receive your full service. • There is a 10-minute grace period. • After 10 minutes, your appointment may need to be modified (for example, less lash coverage) but full service price still applies. • After 15 minutes, the appointment is considered a same-day cancellation, and the deposit is forfeited. ⸻ 📌 No-Show Policy • No-shows are charged 100% of the service total, no exceptions. • The fee must be paid in full before booking another appointment. • Frequent no-shows may be permanently restricted from booking future services. ⸻ 📌 Card on File • A valid card must be saved on file at the time of booking to protect both the artist and the client. • Charges will only be made in accordance with this policy. ⸻ 📌 Extra Guests & Children • For safety, space, and sanitation, no extra guests or children are allowed unless approved in advance. ⸻ 📌 Sick Policy • If you are sick, please reschedule. Clients arriving visibly ill may be turned away for the safety of the studio. This will be considered a same-day cancellation if within 48 hours. ⸻ 📌 Agreement By booking with Bumble Beauty, you acknowledge and are held to all of the above studio policies.
